How ordering and payment work
The whole order happens in one WhatsApp chat with our Hong Kong office, from the first message to the tracking number.
Nothing is paid on this website. There is no checkout and no card form: the order and the payment are agreed in the WhatsApp chat.
Step 1: You send the WhatsApp message
Every quote button on this site opens WhatsApp with the product, the quantity and the indicative price already written. Add your destination country and send it.
Step 2: We reply with the final quote
We answer in the same chat with the final price and the shipping cost to your country. During business hours we reply within 4 hours.
Step 3: We send a proforma invoice
When you accept the quote, we send a proforma invoice issued by CPS Biotech (HK) Limited, also on WhatsApp.
Step 4: You pay and send the receipt
Pay by T/T bank wire or USDT on the TRC20 network, using the details printed on the invoice. Then send the payment receipt in the chat. For USDT, the transaction hash is enough.
Step 5: We confirm and dispatch
We confirm on WhatsApp that the payment has arrived and dispatch the order. The tracking number comes in the same chat.

1Synthesis
The sequence is built one amino acid at a time by solid-phase synthesis.

Preparative HPLC brings each peptide to its purity specification.
3Lyophilization
The solution is filled into vials and freeze dried in the final vial.

RP-HPLC purity, MS identity and water content are tested on every lot.
5Packing and dispatch
Vials are capped, packed in trays of 10 and shipped with tracking.

Clean corridor. Gowned staff move between the production rooms along this corridor. 
Synthesis hall. Each peptide chain is built here by solid-phase synthesis. 
Lyophilization. Filled vials are freeze dried on the shelves of the lyophilizer. 
Filling line. Purified solution is filled into 3 mL vials, or 10 mL vials for NAD+ and 5-Amino-1MQ, in the controlled fill area. 
Quality control laboratory. Every lot is tested by RP-HPLC and mass spectrometry before release. 
Cold storage. Finished lots are kept at minus 20 °C until they are packed.

- 10 vials per reference. Band prices start at 50 vials, and from 1,000 vials we quote a dedicated batch.
- Do you send a certificate?
- Yes, on request. Ask on WhatsApp for the certificate of the current lot of any reference. It shows the HPLC purity and MS identity results for that lot.
- Do the vials come labeled?
- No. Every vial ships unlabeled, with a plain flip-off cap. The photographs show a sample label so you can tell references apart.
- How do I pay?
- By T/T bank wire or USDT (TRC20), against a proforma invoice we send on WhatsApp once you accept the quote. You send the payment receipt in the same chat. Nothing is paid on this website.
